Freight Charges & Minimum Order Value (MOV)
• Pune & PCMC: FREE delivery for all orders with a total value of ₹2,000 or more. Nominal delivery charge of ₹150 applies for orders below the threshold.
• Rest of Maharashtra & Pan-India: Freight is computed based on volumetric weight and distance, or charged at actuals as agreed in your corporate contract.
• ARC Enterprise Clients: Zero freight charges on all scheduled deliveries irrespective of individual drop size.

Receiving, Inspection & Proof of Delivery (POD)
• Every consignment is accompanied by an itemized Delivery Challan and GST Tax Invoice.
• Security gate entry, inward stamp, or digital signature of the receiving executive serves as formal Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Discrepancies in carton counts or outer package tampering must be noted on the delivery challan copy immediately.
